As we prepare for the new ASI Europe Project Cycle 2026-28, we invite all ASI Members in Europe to submit ministry projects via their local Chapters for consideration and possible financial support. This is an opportunity to strengthen ministries that are actively proclaiming the Gospel and serving their communities.

Here are the steps you as a local ASI Member in one of the European chapters should take to make an application:

Step 1: Download the Application Form, Budget Form and Guidelines. Read and complete these documents carefully. Correct and complete submission is required for an application to be considered.

Step 2: Submit your application to your National Chapter. Your Chapter President or Board will need to complete and sign the Letter of Approval and together with your application, send it on to ASI Europe. Only projects approved by the local chapter can be considered. See timeline below for application milestones.

Step 3: If possible, attend the ASI Europe Convention, where you will have opportunity to present your project in connection with the offering.
